Basic dermal filler training for licensed clinicians
Spend a full day in our Greenpoint training room covering facial anatomy, product selection and lip and midface technique before moving straight to live-patient injecting. You will work side-by-side with your instructor, Sofiya Shimonova, NP, an experienced clinician who actively injects in NYC every week.

What will be covered
- Patient assessment and consultation for dermal filler therapy
- Indications and contraindications for dermal fillers
- Learn sterile technique for the use of injectable dermal fillers
- Understand safety and risk issues for dermal fillers injectable therapy
- Learn how to create beautiful and subtle lip enhancements by increasing volume to establish proper lip and smile lines
- Learn best practices to avoid, manage, and treat possible adverse reactions and complications
- Perform live patient treatment including comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, proper dosing and delivery of dermal filler
- Anatomical lip sculpting using Russian lip enhancement technique and vermillion borders
You inject, from the first hour. Every trainee treats live patients under direct supervision. There are no observer-only spots, and no time goes on mannequins or saline. All products and models are provided by us at no additional cost to participants, unless you choose to be a model yourself.
